At The Red House, our aim is to create an environment that makes our owners feel safe, secure and cared for. Whether you simply appreciate a friendly face to talk to or rely on a helping hand with day-to-day tasks that have become more difficult, we offer an exceptional standard of hospitality to suit each individual’s needs.
Care where it’s needed
We work with owners to ensure they can remain at home and independent for as long as it is possible to do so. 1½ hours’ domestic assistance is included within the service charge. If extra domestic assistance is required, additional hours by our general assistants can be purchased by arrangement.
Assisted Living – Should the need arise for personal or domiciliary care, we can help arrange this according to your needs, whether from a CQC registered agency we recommend or another of your choice. Such care services are not covered by the service charge and agreements will be between the service provider and the recipient, who is responsible for associated costs.
Tailored to you
All our properties are specifically designed to accommodate mobility or visibility issues. Homes can be individually adapted, if required, and we will be there to help with the process, from obtaining quotes for you to overseeing the work to a satisfactory conclusion.
We pride ourselves on not only an excellent level of service, but on staff who build genuine long-lasting relationships with our owners. Staff who know individuals well enough to recommend a local restaurant or event, as well as arranging the booking and transportation for you. Our 24-hour team of managers, administration staff and assistants are supported by catering, grounds and maintenance staff to provide total convenience and peace of mind.
