At the heart of our communities are the owners and the team that supports them. Our staff are there to assist 24 hours a day, from offering a helping hand with day-to-day tasks to, where required, helping to arrange a bespoke package of care and support.

We believe in making the owners of our retirement properties feel special and welcome, and this is reflected in the level of hospitality our staff go out of their way to create.

We also offer high quality service that is focused on the individual’s needs, whether that be a freshly-made cup of tea in the lounge, a delicious lunch in the restaurant, tickets to the theatre or arranging accommodation for friends and family.

Moving home after many years can be difficult and stressful. We know this and do all we can to make the move an easy one, with assistance at every step. We then ensure that all owners are welcomed to the community and have the choice to take part in all aspects of village life, or not, as they wish.

We also offer hospitality between our villages, enabling apartment owners the opportunity to visit other ERL developments of their choice.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional staff, who are selected for both their skills and their personalities. They are committed to helping support owners in becoming part of a community where there is always someone to talk to and an activity to enjoy.

We work with owners to ensure they can remain at home and independent for as long as it is possible to do so. If care is required we can also arrange this, whether from a CQC registered agency we recommend or another of your choice.

All of our properties are specifically designed to accommodate mobility or visibility issues. Homes can be individually adapted should this be required, and ERL will be there to help with the process.
